The team at Physiomate deliver the product in Sydney and Perth Metro areas. Outside of those areas we use a common courier.
Please note that freight costs will be determined based on your location. We will endeavour to find you the best possible price.

Returns
Physiomate will not accept returns after 7 days.
The Phyiomate will not be eligible for a return if it shows any sign of usage.
Please note that returns or refunds will incur a $25 charge.
